Job description
Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a Global Document Storage Company are looking to recruit Document Scanning Operatives on an On-Going basis. The role is Monday to Friday on a fixed14:00 – 22:00 PM Shift. We are looking for candidates who have excellent attention to detail. Candidates will be working in a clean and friendly working environment. Full training is provided.
Starting salary is £11.50 for the PM Shift.
Job Summary
To work as part of a team to process work volumes in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures within a fast paced Production environment, this includes receipt to Check-in, Document Preparation, Document Scanning, Quality Checks and reconstruction of documentation through to archiving.
Main Functions
* To follow relevant Standard operating Procedure Instructions and Safe Operating procedures
* To adhere to all Company and site policies and procedures at all times
* To participate in training courses as required
* Conduct file Check-In with a high level of accuracy
* Conduct Preparation of documents in readiness for Document Scanning
* Conduct Document Scanning
* Conduct Quality checks to ensure image quality and index quality is in accordance with client expectation and our Standard Operating Procedures
* Reconstruction of documentation post scanning to ensure that they are archived in an organised manner.
* Report non-conformances to processes or procedure
* Maintain accurate process data/records/documentation associated with your work
* Maintain a clean work area, adhering to the company clear desk policy at all times
* Conduct duties to the best of your ability, having consideration for the needs of your colleagues, the Organisation and its clients/customers.
* To undertake any reasonable request which is within the capability and skill level for this role

* Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and work to Operating Procedures
* Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
* Accurate and pays attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and to Production targets
* Experience of working fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to multi task
* Previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous
Due to the nature of our clients business, candidates will have to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment and/or education history as part of the recruitment process
