The role of the Warranty Administrator is to:
Ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports.
Requirements:
* Great customer service skills;
* IT skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
* Confident and polite telephone manner;
* Reliability;
* Accountability & initiative;
* Great teamwork skills & focus.
Preferred skills:
Automotive technical knowledge;
