Role: Residential Conveyancing Manager

Working days: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
20 days + Bank Holidays
Our client is a traditional High Street practice based in Rotherham South Yorkshire. Who offer a reasonably full, efficient and experienced legal service to local and sub regional clients who are either private clients or small to medium-sized businesses.
Our client requires a bright and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Manager to work in our busy legal practice as part of a client focused team.
* Conveyancing experience skill and knowledge for residential sales and purchases from start to finish
* An ability to work independently and to progress transactions under their own steam
* An ability to co-ordinate/organise and manage a small residential conveyancing team with excellent organisational planning and communication skills
* Excellent Telephone and IT Skills
Salary and Basic Terms
The Salary band for the post of Conveyancing Manager will be consistent with mid to high range salaries according to current legal salary surveys but will also depend upon experience and qualifications.
A track record of fee earning and organisation of small teams of residential conveyancers will be ideal.
