Supply Chain Project Lead required for permanent, full time role in Clevedon, BS21. Ideally situated next to M5 junction 20, an easy commute from Cheddar, South Bristol or Chew Valley
£50,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Flexibility on working hours - Variable start and finish times possible
25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

Responsible for the management of Supply Chain Projects with the mission of generating and identifying areas of improvement to processes though continuous improvement methods
Review current working practices, establishing improvement opportunities and cost saving opportunities
Ensure the Supply Chain project meets its performance and timescale objectives as defined by Supply Chain Strategy
Plan projects and agree timescale with the Supply Chain Manager
Ensure all the required resource and skills are made available to deliver the project and its milestones and ensure adherence to agreed dates
Lead the Project team's activities through a centrally visibly plan, regularly reporting progress, dealing with exceptions, and escalating as appropriate
Identify risks to the project, their management and production of mitigation plans
Allocate the work and track resource utilisation levels across the team
Define, update, track, and report on project performance
Forge close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, Supply chain team and internal customers such as Production, dependent on project requirements and needsThe right candidate
CIPS level 4 or equivalent qualification or equivalent through experience
Min 3 years' experience in Project or Management capacity.
Experience with Continuous Improvement Projects. Such as Lean Six Sigma.
Lean Six Sigma Minimum White Belt, Green Belt Desired.
