We are looking to recruit a Voids Manager to join our hub in Dartford.
About the Role
You will join our team working on a 10-year contract with Moat, holding responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Voids Team, ensuring staff are deployed and scheduled to achieve team objectives. You will work closely with operatives, sub-contractors and senior management. You’ll work to the client’s lettable standard, ensuring void KPIs are met, health, safety and environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring exceptional client relationships are maintained.
Candidates will have previous experience with a trade background (such as plumbing, multiskilled, carpentry etc), ideally within a social housing environment, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. With excellent working knowledge and understanding of NHF Schedule of rates, you’ll have significant technical knowledge within repairs and maintenance in the social housing sector, with Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification. Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate.
