Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer (x2)

No previous recruitment experience required, full training and development provided for this fast paced sales role.

Salary: £19,500 - £21,000 per annum + commission, equating to a 1st year OTE £22,300 - £27,800

Location: Fair Oak

Hours: Full time permanent position (Monday - Friday) - flexible working hours based from our Grade A offices in Fair Oak.

Please note you will need to be able to drive due to the location of the office (public transport is limited)

This vacancy has arisen due to the winning of new client contract and the rapid expansion and growth in existing client demand. Appoint Healthcare are actively recruiting multiple Recruitment Resourcers to assist our experienced team with proactively generating applicants for our clients' roles. This is a sales / target-based role and significant financial rewards are directly linked to efforts and successes.

The main function of this role is to proactively search for and contact prospective people for our client vacancies via phone, email and SMS/WhatsApp etc. and then convert them into applicants for our clients vacancies and support them through the recruitment and on-boarding processes. We use multiple sources to search for these people including social media, online job boards and databases and especially our own database of potential people which has been built up over the last 12+ years and is now very strong.

For this specific role, you will be searching for carers, qualified nurses, and other specialist medical and healthcare professionals, including mental health professionals. Once found, it will be your task to attract their interest in the job vacancies that our clients have requested us to work on.

Applicants are the 'life blood' of our business and this role is therefore fundamental to the overall success of our business.

This role is suitable for anyone with high levels of determination, motivation and ambition to be successful, earn well and progress through their career. In addition to these essential attitudes, you will need a good level of written and oral communication skills, be comfortable making large numbers of calls to prospective applicants and be comfortable using Windows based computers and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel in particular.
