Due to our rapid growth plans, we currently have an exciting opportunity within our Compliance & Support Team as a Compliance Team Lead/Compliance Manager. Total Assist Group is a multi-award winning recruitment agency based in the heart of Romford, specialising in filling and providing temporary and permanent placements across the medical, health and social care, education and personnel industries for both the public and private sectors. Whilst this role is in a niche industry, we do not require a candidate with medical recruitment experience or compliance experience. We are looking for ambitious candidates with experience in related industries who have transferable skills, a can do attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and who strive for excellence

The Role

The role will report into the Head of HR & Governance and will manage a team based abroad. On a day to day basis they will manage, oversee and offer advice on all matters relating to compliance, ensuring that framework/contract compliance standards are met whilst reducing risk and improving standards through a robust and regularly reviewed process. They will also ensure any pending changes in legislation including guidance and regulations will be put in place and the correct procedures are maintained consistently to ensure full compliance throughout the business. In addition to the above other key responsibilities will be - • Provide a proactive approach at all times whilst managing and working hand in hand with all members of the compliance and admin support teams to deliver & achieve the specific targeted outcomes. • Provide line management and support to the Compliance officers based abroad. • Communicate regularly with consultants keeping them up to date with the status of their candidates. • Manage and deliver reports that ensure visibility for Senior Management and Head of HR & Governance. • Identify areas of risk and address working with the team to a successful outcome. • Identify resource required to ensure continuous pipeline of compliant candidates as per strategic plan in line with Operational and Business development plans. • Carry out regular internal audits of internal processes. • Carry out regular internal audits of all compliance team files. • Other adhoc duties.

If you have experience with NHS frameworks and medical compliance this is highly desirable.
