Our client, a market leader within their manufacturing sector have an established, global presence in their product portfolio who continue to maintain and develop their growth, are looking to recruit an Order Progression & Quotation Coordinator at their Head Office based in North Kent.

This role is required to cover for a Maternity Contract term of 9 months minimum to start soonest.

The main purpose of this role is to manage effectively customer enquiries and quotations requests and be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers and sales staff.

As an Order Progression & Quotation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate quotations, be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that orders are qualified and technical information is shared and recorded.

You will be a person who puts the customer's needs first, have an understanding of the sales/manufacturing process and be able to demonstrate that you have strong customer service skills.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

Dealing with enquiries and general customer liaison
Processing and preparation of quotations and orders ensuring the completed quotation has all the correct and required information before completion
Ensure all options available for the order are explored
Provide product information to customers and the requisition of supplier quotesThe ideal Candidate:

High level of customer service skills
Previous experience of producing quotes and sales orders
Have a strong attention to detail
Able to use initiative with the support of the team leader and effectively manage own workload
Have superb communication skills and be able to work under pressure with an outstanding telephone manner
