Legal Recruitment Consultant – up to £35,000 dependent on experience

Super basic salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
Up to 25% commission available from Day 1

The Opportunity

You will be given the opportunity to place legal professionals across all practice areas into roles with the UK’s leading law firms. We pride ourselves on the fact we have established a highly reputable name in the legal market and have plentiful of existing clients and candidates ready to work with from the offset!
Progressing and developing our staff is hugely important to us! From Day 1 you will receive training through our bespoke training programme which will equip you with the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to become a successful recruitment consultant. Our career path allows the opportunity to be promoted twice within your first 12 months as well as the opportunity to fast track to our senior recruitment consultant level route.

We want our consultants to embrace a brilliant work/life balance by offering flexible working shifts across the week, an early finish every Friday and remote working at least once a week. We pride ourselves on having a grown up environment where you are supported to have the tools to do the role but will be given autonomy to work flexibly once competent. Furthermore our consultants can also take advantage of using dozy days by taking short notice holidays when they need.

About You
We'd love to hear from people in a sales or business development executive role who enjoy working to billings targets and love seeing a big commission cheque every month! We pride ourselves on our home-grown talent with having consultants join us from a sales or business development role and go on to be top billers in the business! 

You will be an ambitious, energetic, hard-working individual with a natural commercial flair, hunger to deliver on targets and the desire to earn big money. You will be naturally a people person with problem-solving skills and someone who goes the extra mile on service. You will also be team player and fit well with our company culture and values
