Gray Healthcare are looking for female support workers to support an individual on a 1:1 basis to help them reach their full potential in life. The supported person likes to get out into the community in their car to go on drives, visit the seaside etc so a manual drivers licence will be required for the role.

The individual also has an keen interest in beauty such as doing make up, hair styles and getting spray tans and going out for coffee and hot chocolate's!

The hours for this role are 28 hours per week- 4 x 7 hour shifts from 9am-4pm.

Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation.  

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, Autism and Mental Health.

A manual driving licence is required for this role.

You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.
