Working for Hart as a Recruitment Business Partner, our benefits include working 4 days per week, the opportunity to earn a minimum OTE of £45,000, 5 weeks holiday, internal and external training courses, career progression, company social events and working in the Great Barr office 3 days with the option to work 1 day per week hybrid, offering you a better working-life balance. Flexibility is required as the 5th day changes weekly on a rota basis.
Hart is celebrating over 21 years in business and working in partnership with Hart Training, you will be working with new and established clients. Hart is also part of the TEAM network working with over 500 recruitment agencies across the UK, where you will be given the additional opportunity to split fees on shared placements, attend training events and the annual conference.
Salary is £25,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus a quarterly commission. You will be working in our results-driven sales team based in our office based in Great Barr, Birmingham. You will be money and self-motivated, results-driven, keen to learn and have excellent communication skills both, verbally and written.
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
Identifying new business opportunities through gathering leads
Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Producing a quarterly sales pipeline
Maximising business opportunities through effective account management and continued development of our existing client base
Creating opportunities from leads, marketing campaigns, Hart Training courses and free workshops to attract new client companies and candidates
Organising and attending client visits either in-person or video meetings with potential clients
Producing job adverts, sourcing talent and interviewing candidates face to face over video
Promoting candidates as well as personal branding through video technology
Managing the offer of employment through to the start date
Maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will have;
Proven recruitment background, this is essential - working within a recruitment role, this could be temporary, contract or permanent recruitment
Experience in working in a target-orientated environment
Be results driven and money motivated
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making your own decisions whilst working on processes
You may have experience working as a: Recruitment Business Partner, Permanent Consultant, Temporary Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, Account Director, Sales Manager, Business Development, Business Development Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Telesales Manager, Principal Consultant or Sales Branch Manager
This position is a permanent position based in Great Barr, Birmingham can be office based or hybrid £25,000- £32,000 per annum with a minimum OTE of £45,000
