Sales Administrator
£20,000 basic salary plus bonus
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our client in the Speke area. Day to day you will be response for all elements of sales support, service and administration associated tasks. On offer is a basic salary of £20,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm

The main duties of a Sales Administrator are:
Support with the handling of inbound and outbound correspondence with customers
Providing after sales and customer support to clients
Advice clients on products and services available to them
Process client orders through the system
Support the sales and account management team in the delivery of a quality service to all customers
Handle and respond to sales enquiries
Build and develop relationships with clients and customers
Keep the CRM systems updatedTo apply for the role of Sales Administrator:
You will have either phone or administration experience
Have a confident and engaging telephone manner
