Lead Nurse - Substance Misuse

Salary up to £48k (DOE)

Barnet

Full Time (12 Months FTC)

You're a Substance Misuse Nurse looking to step up in a service ready to nourish your career and give you the opportunity to develop professionally and personally. And you've just found the exact role you're looking for.

Linq Healthcare has partnered with a renowned national health and social care charity specialising in substance misuse who are looking for an experienced, energetic and organised individual to support the Services Manager in supervising and day to day running of the adult and young person's integrated substance misuse treatment and recovery service. Your role will be located in their Barnet branch, and will include managing three nurses and helping patients on their road to recovery.

The role involves:

Demonstrating skills of a motivated leader including being enthusiastic, creative, ability to inspire and committed to leading the nursing team.
Developing and delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions.
Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team.
Contributing to service development to ensure that all who use our services consistently receive high quality interventions that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards.
Demonstrating excellent clinical skills and monitor, audit and sustain best practice across the sites within the location.

Requirements include:

A valid NMC pin
Previous experience with Substance Misuse patients
