Clinical Account Manager ( Microbiology )
Salary Details for the Account Manager: Depending on Experience
Dowling Recruitment Solutions are working with one of the worlds leading science serving company. With an annual Turnover of $40 billion, thier mission is to enable thier customer to make the world a healthier, cleaner and safer place.
We are recruiting for a remote/field based Clinincal Account Manager to join thier Microbiology division.
Salary - £30 - £40,000 depending on experience
Bonus - Sales related bonus equating to 25% of your salary
Location - Field based

This is a target base sales role within a specified territory whereby you will own the relationship between the Microbiology Business Division and assigned local accounts within Clinical, and Veterinary segments promoting the Microbiology value proposition to customers in advancing Microbiology and AST testing through innovation.
As the Account Manager you will develop a robust business plan for the territory focussed to meet or exceed AOP through driving profitable growth. Our planned innovative product introductions planned for 2022 and beyond will deliver solution-based workflows to the customers and as such you will be responsible for developing an aligned strategy for the territory with vertical teams, functions and divisions
Keys to Success as a Account Manager​​​​​​​:
* Education
* Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and related field with Biomedical Science
* Minimum 1 to 5 years direct/recent experience with Microbiology products or similar
Experience needed for this Account Manager​​​​​​​ role:
* Proven sales experience and track record of over delivery, strong eye for business and customer focus
* Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Proven track record to promote teamwork and work effectively across multiple business functions and networks internally
* Understands/ demonstrates the necessity for effective planning and execution using
* Demonstrates positive relationship management and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Full / Clean Driving License (Travel will be 80% spent on territory)
