The purpose of this role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, becoming the first point of contact for all customers, and effectively managing their enquiries.
As the Sales Consultant you'll be responsible for:
Monitoring incoming enquiries via emails, phone calls and the web
Provide quotations and enter them on to the system, progressing accordingly and chasing to maximise conversions
Proactively build and maintain relationships with key accounts, exploring all opportunities to grow those accounts
Liaise closely with the Sales Team throughout the sales process
