The business has just successfully achieved the goal of their 4-year plan to double revenue (& more!) as well as doubling in size in terms of personnel in the past 12 months.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects, the Strategic Project Manager will drive organisational transformation projects within the Business Capability function, focused on cultural and digital initiatives.

Lead and deliver assigned projects or workstreams as directed by the Director of Strategic Projects.
Execute strong project management principles from project scoping to delivery.
Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and establish consistent routines to maximise influence.
Track, report and provide updates on your assigned projects on a regular basis through the agreed governance process.
Brief, liaise and work with external agencies to deliver projects or workstreams as required.
Analyse and assess areas for continuous improvement with emphasis on finding innovative ways to bring effectiveness and efficiency to existing projects.
Act as a thought leader within the team for the generation of new ideas, projects, or initiatives to support the ongoing development of business capability within the organisation.
Manage risks within assigned projects and display ongoing initiative to solve problems to keep projects aligned to the core scope and objective, whilst delivering continual added value to the organisation by offering technical or consultative help where required.
Create visually appealing resources, content and communications for projects under your control to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Assist the Director of Strategic Projects with wider project planning, development backlog and any other workflow tasks to ensure all projects or workstreams are progressing within the required timeframes.
Attend and proactive participate in meetings, workshops, training sessions and company events as required.
Support the wider team and function on delivering required workstreams where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced project manager with a background in technology development, marketing, or creative agency.
A creative thinker that can develop ideas or concepts designed improve internal business capability.
Confident and proactive in building relationship with key stakeholders across all divisions of the organisation.
Strong ability to present and engage audiences to immerse them in the Business Capability strategic initiatives.
Passion for executing business transformation initiatives with knowledge and experience in embedding an effective change management program.
Forward thinking and willing to work outside comfort zone by exploring new
3+ years’ experience working in a project management role ideally from a technology, marketing, or creative background.
Formal qualifications or extensive knowledge of project management principles (CSM, APM, Prince2 etc.) would be advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced with managing a broad range of stakeholders both internally and with external agencies.
Solid knowledge and hands on experience in budget management across multiple projects.
Degree or qualifications in technology, marketing, or business management.
Experience in delivering internal transformation projects for a multi-national organisation advantageous.
