I am seeking A Purchasing Administrator to join an established organisation, seeking someone who has a keen interview in Purchasing and Supply chain functions.

This is an excellent opportunity as a Purchasing Administrator to join a growing organisation who are a leader in their field.

The main duties and responsibilities of the appointed Purchasing Administrator will be:

Progress open orders in advance to ensure on time delivery

Manage any material non-conformances with suppliers

Maintain the approved supplier

Chase order confirmations

Update order confirmations

Update project status sheet with any delays & latest deliveries.

Monitor Kits issued to production

Update various data bases

Liaise with various departments to advise on material consumption.

 The Skills and experience needed to be the successful Purchasing Administrator are:

Experience with MRP/ ERP systems.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proficient with MS office and Excel in particular

Attention to detail
