Vibe Recruit are looking for Call Centre Agents/Operators to work with our successful and well-known client who are a 24/7 specialist outsourced Contact Centre business.

Daily responsibilities of this role include:
Offering callers support and advice
Answering incoming calls and managing an inbox
Performing administrative functions
Updating online accounts
Processing caller correspondenceFull training is provided, it is desirable for the successful candidate to hold previous customer service experience and must be resilient due to the nature of the calls.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday
You will be required to follow a shift pattern consisting of alternating hours anytime between 8am - 8pm. Shift rotas will be released 3/4 weeks in advance and there is slight flexibility.
1 Saturday in every 3 is also required to be worked with 1 weekday off in lieu.
Pay Rate: £10.78 per hour.
Applicants must hold a valid in-date passport in order to apply, due to a required enhanced DBS check and the successful candidate will need to be computer literate with a willingness to learn and ability to show compassion to others.
We are holding weekly induction sessions and we have start dates available for the beginning of December and January. This role is available on a temporary to permanent contract following a successful 12-week probation period.
