Sales Executive

Location: Shoeburyness

Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (earn up to £50k a year)

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 5:30pm

Co-workers: 600+

The task at hand: 

Are you an enthusiastic Account Manager, Business Development Executive or Sales Executive looking to work for an award-winning business?

Are you ambitious and hungry for success, with the right attitude?

We are currently recruiting for passionate and driven Sales Executives to join ourteam! 

You'll be responsible for: 

- Creating and Identifying opportunities for new and existing customers

- Managing customer relationships

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting solutions appropriately to make a sale

- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers

- Delivering on KPI and targets to include volume and profit

- Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify them on their telecoms requirements and as such creating business solutions

- Cleansing of data on the Company’s database

- Carrying out effective account management of existing business and scope out opportunities for further business

- Working in a target driven, fast paced environment

- Complying to Ofcom standards by following a scripted sales pitch and proven sales process

You'll be great in this role if: You have an excellent telephone manner, strong sales ability, strong interpersonal skills and are committed to professional development and desire to progress. You will be financially driven, hungry for success and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
