Project Manager

My client is a very well established regional contractor who operate throughout Hampshire and Berkshire. They have an immediate need for a Project Manager initially to be based from their head office to work on pre construction on a new scheme which starts in the SPring just outside of Guildford.

The project is an £8m assisted living scheme of traditional build being delivered under a JCT Design and Build Contract. My client is looking to recruit an experienced project manager who has delivered schemes of a similar nature for other main contractors. You will report to a visiting contracts manager and will take this project from pre construction and procurement through to handover.
