Technical Support Engineer - Smart Tech / CleanTech

My client are after a Technical Support Engineer to join their scaling CleanTech firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with an interest in renewable energy and smart tech to join this growing organisation on a mission to provide a clear path to transition from fossil fuel to low and zero carbon alternatives
They are a fast-growth CleanTech business which develops smart and connected hot water tanks enabling households to live better, save money and reduce their impact on the environment.
Responibilities:
* Provide first line technical support under the supervision of the technical support manager
* On occasion, visit sites where technical problems are particularly difficult to diagnose remotely
* Work with the tech support manager and other tech support engineers to improve the customer and installer journey
Skills
* Strong engineering background
* Passionate about renewable energy solutions
* At least 1 year of relevant experience or at least the equivalent qualification being demonstrated
* Good communication skills over the phone
* Clean UK Driving Licence
