We have a new permanent vacancy on our busy Import department for 1 x Full or Part-Time Admin/Invoicing Clerk (for clarification this is not two vacancies).

Full time hours are Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30 with an hour for lunch, alternatively Part-Time may suit someone who needs flexibility with childcare, hours can be arranged to suit to some degree, for example a few hours a day or 3 full days a week.
We offer five weeks holiday per year (pro-rata for Part-Time) increasing incrementally to six weeks during three to eight years of service and as is normal within our industry paid overtime may be required on occasion.
Auto enrolment pension rules apply and private healthcare benefits will be offered on completion of the probationary period.
Salary is dependent upon experience and can be discussed at point of interview.
Person should be bright and numerate, preferably with an accounts or freight background with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Word skills.
Job responsibilities will include invoicing customers to their specific rates, emailing invoices to the correct contacts and general office administration duties.
Location is Colnbrook so the applicant will require to have a car and drive to work as public transport is impractical
