Zest Education are working closely with a large secondary school located in South Birmingham, by Balsall Heath. The school are looking for a Business Studies teacher, to teach across KS4 and KS5. The role will start ASAP, full time, and will be for the rest of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be joining a diverse, multicultural school, that has a high number of EAL students, the teachers here work hard and selflessly to ensure that all their students’ ambitions and achievements are recognised.

The successful applicant will have:

* A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS

* A strong passion for the subject of Business Studies and experience of teaching Business across GCSE and A Level

* A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment

* The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons

* Strong classroom and behaviour management

Pay will be dependent on references and experience.

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
