£60,000 - £90,000

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Hybrid 2 days per week in office


Grafton Recruitment are working with a global Business support and service firm that strives to act in this capacity for each of the clients that turn to us for help, providing trusted support and service that clients can count on.

About the role of a HR Manager:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to align the business' HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

The HR Manager will help support the organisation in all tasks related to HR activity and development. A wide degree of creativity, business understanding, and personal organisation is required.

Duties of the HR Manager:

Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives
Lead the delivery of all HR services, including recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR data and financial planning of the department
Act as a partner to the local leadership and provide strategic counsel on all people matters
Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition
Develop company wellbeing and health policies
Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
Act as the owner of the company's culture
Manage, coach and mentor members of the team
Source, screen applicants, coordinate, and perform all administrative components involved in the hiring process
Stay informed of trends and innovative techniques to be competitive and creative with HR practices
Support the development, implementation and management of all Hr processes to meet the company global strategy
Develop the yearly HR agenda.
Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Structure compensation and benefit packages.
Support the improvement of relations between employees and management.
Evaluate staffing needs.
Any other HR related administrative tasks and data entry


The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills
5+ years of HR Management experience
Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategy and build strong relationship
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
High degree of adaptability and flexibility to change
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Internet savvy
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
