The Opportunity:

This well presented venue serves beautiful, seasonal dishes prepared with the finest ingredients in a beautiful dining space. It prides itself on having a warm & knowledgeable team who can provide a fantastic experience for guests.

They are a renowned independent restaurant which boasts a stunning dining room, offering a relaxed fine dining experience, priding themselves on their relaxed, warm and stylish approach.

Working closely with a talented brigade of chefs, we are looking for someone to head up the front of house team and serve the guests in a relaxed, caring and calm manner, which matches the way the kitchen runs.

As General Manager you will be responsible for supporting the business in overseeing the front-of-house operation, managing the team, maintaining standards and ensuring that the business runs smoothly. You will crucially need to be passionate about training and enjoy leading from the front.

The Person:

We are looking for someone with suitable management experience from a Fine Dining, Rosette or Michelin background, with a focus on quality and a passion for delivering an amazing experience.

We are looking for someone who has skills and expertise in:

* Leadership skills

* Management experience in a fine dining establishment

* Stock Management

* Staff Management

* A passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people
