RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for an Executive Assistant and Administrator to support and join their expanding team.

Position Description:
Executive Assistant and Administrator
Rate: £20.71 via Umbrella - increasing to £28.21 after 13 weeks under AWR’s – Agency Worker Regulations.
Calendar management for relevant Directors
Arranging meetings for relevant Directors
Expense Management for relevant Directors
Corporate Card expenses reconciliation
Liaising daily with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office functions.
Assisting in overseeing all office provisions, including Stationary and Catering.
Providing event support including permits, lunches, setting up of meeting rooms, and re-configuring spaces.
Liaison with all support functions i.e., Admin, Facilities, Finance Accounting, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Purchasing and IT on all forms of operational requirements and issues.
Providing assistance to team members, as required, to facilitate the implementation of new processes, reduce unnecessary administrative burden and provide guidance on business practices.
Handling important, sensitive, and confidential documents concerning personnel and business decisions.
Assisting in developing relationships with other on-site Tenants.
Assisting with New Starters and Inductions
Assisting with Office Health and Safety Walks
Any other duties as required
Skills and Experience Required:
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload efficiently and accurately
* Excellent computer and Microsoft skills
* Previous experience in diary management across multiple time zones
* Ability to work very effectively within a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive and able to work using initiative
Additional Information:
Hybrid working – 2/3 days a week required in the office (Stratford)
