We are currently partnering with an education provision in Sheffield who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team on a full time (37.5hrs) permanent basis.

Salary for the role is up to £34,000 and you are offered the autonomy and flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and work yours hours how you like for example 8-4, 9-5, etc.

You will work alongside other HR Advisors and report into the HR Manager. You will be responsible for 11 schools within the South Yorkshire area, coaching managers, providing first-line advice and delivering the organisation's people plans.

The Role:

Coach, support and provide advice to managers at your schools
Provide a proactive advisory service
Use data and analytics to drive advice and activity
Come up with pragmatic and creative solutions in line with best practice and employment legislation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR systems
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage an employee relations caseload
Other duties when required Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience of managing a complex ER caseload
Strong employment law knowledge
Experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures Package:
