My client based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit a Stock Controller on a Permanent basis.

You will have the sole responsibility for managing the stock including goods inward, managing a small team and implement "best practice"

The main responsibilities associated with the role includes

- Manage all aspects of stock including rotation, stock-take and allocation of stock to jobs
- Manage obsolete parts process and ensure minimal waste
- Ensure daily operations are keep ongoing with sufficient stock in store
- Oversee goods inwards
- Liaise with purchasing department on a daily basis
- Manage a small team on a daily basis
- Manage the quality aspect of incoming goods and materials

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Previous experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering
- Ideally have experience of SAGE 200 and working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong Team player who can manage in a positive and energetic manner
- Good attention to detail

This role is Mon-Fri and the salary on offer is circa £30,000
