Level 4 Technician

The Team you'll work in is responsible for maintenance activities on London Underground and Network Rail communications systems. The role involves fault finding and restoration or repair of the systems. You'll be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including nights and in all weather. You'll be trusted to work autonomously and relied on to make sure you work safely at all times. You must have a drivers license to enable you to travel between sites.

What you'll do:

Working in the London Underground / Network Rail Environment
You'll be maintaining CCTV, Track to Train systems (RF), VMS & long line transmission of video networks, as well as Public Address PA systems
You'll be using test equipment required to commission systems to specification.
Fault finding and diagnostics to find solutions

Who you are:

You'll be tenacious and enjoy finding solutions! You'll have least 3 years combined CCTV/Public PA systems, test and repair experience in one of the following Telecommunication / Communication Network System environments/products, such as PA systems, CCTV, CIS/VD, Track to train systems.

If you have some of all of the below qualifications, it would be a benefit:

IRSE Telecoms Maintainer / Installer license - desirable
Sentinel (ICI)
PTS
QAF 54
PASMA
