Our client who are a UK leading main contractor are currently seeking an M&E Site Manager. This client specialise in large scale commercial and residential projects upto the value of £100m.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Supervision of drawing production and technical submittals.

* Co-ordinate and control the project to achieve effective and cost-efficient completion and ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are met.

* Participate in all client/progress meetings.

* All aspects of Health and Safety requirements, including production of site-specific RAMS.

* Attending site meetings as required.

* Plan effectively to ensure the project hands over on time and to budget.

The Candidate:

* The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Mechanical or Electrical degree.

* Previous experience working in a similar position for a main contractor.

* Up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

* Excellent understanding of M&E, HVAC, Fire, Sprinkler systems, heating and Security systems.
