We are seeking a diligent and competent accountant to support thie finance team in all aspects of financial accounts based at this prestigious school setting.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, the accountant will assist with bank reconciliation's, dealing with budget queries from heads of departments and all aspects of financial accounts preparation.

The successful candidate will be highly competent in financial accounting and understands the processes and transactions which are involved. You will have a good to advanced understanding of Excel, and Sage accounting is desirable.

Part/fully qualified or qualified by experience, we are seeking an accountant with a diligent eye for detail, is organised and excellent in meeting deadlines. You will be professional and confident in developing positive working relationships quickly.

This is a six month assignment, the hours are 9pm - 5pm on a flexible working basis. Benefits include working at a lovely school setting in the centre of Canterbury with free lunch during term time.
