Location: Peterborough - Hybrid
Salary: £25,000


At Bis Henderson we are working closely with a well establish food provider who are looking for a Supply Chain administrator to manage the customer sales process. This role requires the individual to be a proactive self -starter who is willing to learn and adapt to the fast paced environment. If you have great customer service and administration experience and want to develop, please read on.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage every aspect of customer orders, to tracking and delivery.
Check stock availability, liaise with 3PL, booking transport and book in with customers.
Keep SAP up to date at all times with receipts, sales orders and any amendments to date.
Communicate internally and externally to the team and to customers sharing and solution finding; any challenges and changes needed.
Timely administration for each task.

Key Skills/Experience:

Excel and ERP experience - great PC skills.
Customer service and processing orders and management.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
The ability to achieve deadlines and work protectively under pressure.
A keen eye to detail
Excellent team player.
