Salary £ 30000 - £32000 - Dependent on experience

We are recruiting for a wonderful historic quaint village pub that has a fantastic stunning location located in the heart of a countryside village with a beautiful beer garden leading onto the river Cam. The setting has just had a £500,000 makeover to the Grade II listed building. The location truly offers the perfect location for all occasions, The fresh new look combined with a bold new cuisine driven menu will be a chef’s delight.

Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and career driven Sous Chef who is fully capable of supporting the Head Chef on delivering a passionate high level of service. We are looking to recruit a highly skilled Chef who wants to work in a fabulous new modern kitchen and in a wonderful setting alongside a great team who are all of the same mindset of delivering and producing great food.

The ideal Sous Chef will be hands-on, organised and most of all a great team player. This restaurant has a big emphasis on fresh produce sourced locally and producing and serving great food.
