We're recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant with a keen eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills to provide efficient, flexible administrative support, always ensuring excellence in customer service in accordance with Seetec Group policies and procedures. We need your efficient and effective clerical and administrative experience in our dedicated Team.

Location: Hockley
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
Closing Date: 3 February 2023

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the reception desk to receive visitors and respond to and screen telephone calls, emails, and other enquiries to provide a high level of customer care.

• Produce and edit documents in a wide range of formats on Excel, word, and PowerPoint
• Assist in organising meetings and events, ensuring rooms are kept tidy and fit for purpose, reporting any technical issues and arrange lunch/refreshments.
• Assisting with travel arrangements and hotels for colleagues and participants
• Handle with discretion confidential material and information ensuring adherence to data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing post taking appropriate action to record, track, progress
• Raise purchase orders and carry out approved bookings and purchases for the organisation.

Skills and Experience

• English and Maths GCSEs A-C (9-4) (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills (over the phone, in person and in writing)
• Excellent IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, file management)
• Experience of ability to produce and edit documents in appropriate formats
• Experience of prioritising a busy workload and working under pressure
• Evidence of personal development

• NVQ Level II Business Administration or equivalent level qualification
• Experience of following procurement and finance systems
