We are currently looking for a Band 3 part-time (3 days per week) Administrative Assistant for 3 months from 1 February 2023 until 30 April 2023. The role will be based in Nantgarw, Cardiff (3 days in the office with potential to move to 2 days in the office and 1 day at home). Below you will find a summary of the requirements of the role.


provide administrative support for the Orbit360 system, including processing paper and electronic patient feedback forms
Cross check all handwritten patient feedback responses to ensure recognition software has processed this correctly. Where manual amendments are required, the post holder must consider best course of action, escalating as appropriate
Analyse a random sample of patient feedback responses and quality assure them to ensure the software is processing data accurately.
Store data in line with Information Security guidelines e.g. electronic and hard copy forms
Process and convey sensitive information with tact, in line with confidentiality policies
Attend and contribute as required to team meetingsThe post holder will be required to develop a working knowledge of Orbit360 (the patient and colleague feedback system for doctors) and will be provided with the appropriate training.

Working Hours:

This post is currently part-time: 3 days per week, 22.5 hours (must be available to work on Monday and Friday, flexibility around 3rd day).

Qualifications, skills and experience:

NVQ level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience of administrative / office skills and knowledge plus experience of a full range of duties working in an administrative / office environment and Knowledge of specialist NHS/ Organisational terminology
5 GCSEs Grade A-C including English and Maths
Knowledge of GDPR requirements
