We are looking for experienced Maintenance Surveyors to join our Clients team covering various locations across the South East and South Coast regions. This is a great opportunity to join an established and you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties in your portfolio are maintained to a high standard.

The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and repair of their social housing portfolio, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for conducting surveys of properties, assessing maintenance needs, preparing detailed reports / specifications, and liaising with both in-house teams and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair requirements are met.

The successful candidate will possess:

* A qualification in a relevant field such as surveying or construction or experience in a similar role

* Excellent knowledge of building defects and safety standards

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

* A valid driving license
