An ambitious, medium sized Building Services Contractor requires an Operations Director to fill this newly created position and play a pivotal role in the company’s ambition to become a £100m turnover business in the next five years.

You will be an energetic, dynamic, and hungry individual who thrives off difficult challenges and taking ownership.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of leading large teams for Building Services Contractors and will ideally be of an engineering background.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and Implement a solid delivery strategy, overseeing the smooth and profitable completion of all projects
Producing monthly project progress reports and presenting to the board
Develop individuals to improve skills and enhance career progression within the business
Constantly having a full understanding of live projects with overall control of the delivery with support from the commercial team
Attending work winning presentations with estimating team to assist in securing new projects
Establish and Implement training plans for operational staff
