Network IT is currently recruiting for a Senior Operational Manager, to join our client on a 3 month contract, with a likelihood to extend beyond this.
 
This will offer some flexible working, with the base in Plymouth 
 
About the role:
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Operational Manager, to support the operational delivery of services across an Urgent Emergency Care unit.
 
This is an incredibly challenging department at the moment, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with an NHS background and clinical / operational management experience. You’ll be rolling your sleeves up to help support staff on the floor, managing complex demand and capacity challenges, performance and people challenges across the business.
 
Role: Senior Operational Manager
Duration: 3 months + extension
Location: Plymouth – some flexible working
Rate: £44 to £62 per hour dependent on experience
Status: Inside IR35
 
Skills:

Operational Management experience within the NHS
Supporting the delivery of services within the NHS including Urgent Care / Emergency Department
Clinical / Operational experience
Able to support staff on the front line
Able to deal with demand and capacity / performance / people or staffing challenges
