SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support a brilliant client on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role is a minimum of 12 weeks temporary and depending on performance and business requirements the role may go permanent.
- answering the phone to customers and clients
- responding to email enquiries
- forwarding emails and calls to the relevant departments
- daily administration duties
- covering holiday and sick leave in other departments
- updating the internal database
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, office based role, £20,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience.
