Our client, a leading UK Insurance Restoration business who help those that have suffered losses caused by events such as fire, flood, accidental damage and storm are recruiting for a Customer Claims Advisor

Salary: £20,500.00 rising to £22,750.00 in April -Plus Annual Bonus scheme
Job Responsibilities:

Taking large amounts of inbound calls
Liaising with Insurance Companies and Contractors
Handling new claims and ensuring all information is correct.
Providing the very best Customer Service
Ensuring the claim process is seamless and smooth for the policy holder.
General Claims Administration

Comfortable Dealing with large amounts of inbound calls

Monday to Friday We have 3 shifts available 8-4:15pm,9-5:15pm, 9:45- 6pm
