KS1 Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Wallasey, Wirral
£350- £400 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
February 2023 – May 2023

The School and Role

This large, four-form entry school in Wallasey, are looking to appoint a nurturing and intuitive Teaching Assistant to support in a KS1 setting on a full-time basis.  The role will start after the February half-term and will be ongoing until the end of May.  This primary school is a ‘learning community’, and how they work and grow together is more important to them, than what they do.  They believe that it is the ‘how’ they do things that characterises the most successful schools.  Children learn with the support that they need to thrive and without discrimination at all times, and as a professional community, the school meet the needs of all their children as well as they can.  They ensure that they do not allow any child to be discriminated against or experience discrimination without a direct intervention.


The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
