Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, growing and exciting business based in Central Birmingham operating in the Hospitality/Events sector with the appointment of a Recruitment Manager to join a growing team.

Due to the nature of this sector, this role is 100% office based working.

Flexibility is also required to work weekends and occasional early morning/evening hours.

Description

This is an exciting and varied role, as a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for the recruitment of temporary staff for hospitality and events in the local area. This will involve the full recruitment life cycle to ensure you have full resources for the event.

As the Manager of the team, you will also be responsible for Account Management to ensure all clients/events receive a high level of customer service.

Your team will also be responsible for attending high-profile events to ensure staffing requirements are met and events run smoothly.

Profile

Ideally, candidates for this role will have previous exposure to recruitment.

Ideally but not essentially, you will have working knowledge of hospitality/events sector.

Job Offer

Up to £41000pa depending on experience
