SF Recruitment have a Fantastic new opportunity for a Temporary Shipping Coordinator based in Nottinghamshire. This will be for a 6 month basis to cover a Maternity leaver. You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for processing orders and arranging the dispatch and importation of goods to global suppliers.

You will be required to track company shipments and liaise with customers and suppliers ensuring they have reached their destination with as little friction as possible.
This is a full-time permanent role with the client working Monday-Friday (Apply online only).

Some key responsibilities for this role:
- Ensure all important products are processed in a timely manner
- Prepare and issue all domestic and international shipping paperwork
- Ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently
- Monitor all shipments and resolve any issues that may occur
- Ensure compliance is followed for export and import documentation
- Follow EU, UK and US import, export, trade sanction and embargo laws and regulations

The suitable candidate will have relevant import/export experience with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have good communication skills and be used to working to a deadline. It is essential that you are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
