Clinical Nurse Manager- Complex Care

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a newly-opened, specialist care home based on the outskirts of Castleford, Leeds.

Caring for residents aged 18 and above with a range of complex mental health and physical conditions.

Supporting those on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting to community - based living. The person- cantered care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills.

Location: Outskirts of Castleford, Leeds

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full time

Shifts: Days shifts, but may need to attend nights to cover

Employment Type: Permanent
