A prestigious, global, AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a Bid Manager to join their successful bids and marketing team.

This leading practice has a stunning office, a fun working environment and a talented, friendly team. They offer hybrid working and only go into the office once a week so perfect if you want to cut down your commute!
Reporting into the Head of Bids and Business Development, you will work in a team of 7 and will manage the workflow of 2 bid coordinators. You will be working on UK and international bids so no two days will be the same.
Identify, coordinate and analyse new leads and present these to the Directors
Manage the production and delivery of EOIs, RFQs etc.
Coordinate the entire bid process and liaise with key stakeholders
Edit and rewrite bid content
Create winning bid submissions using InDesign
Work closely with the Directors to help achieve wider business development goals
Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team
Prepare market reports
Key skills required:-
Prior experience in a similar Bid Manager role ideally within Architecture or the wider built environment
Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working on multiple complex bids
Excellent InDesign skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A working knowledge of SharePoint is desirable
