SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a customer support administrator for my client in Desborough. You will be joining a small and friendly team. This will be a quick start for the right person. Salary is £22,000 plus benefits for the successful candidate.

Permanent role Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break plus benefits.

This role will include talking and customer orders, administration tasks and account management.


- Talking to customers and dealing with queries via telephone, email, and online platforms with exceptional levels of customer service.
- Order processing - by e-mail, telephone etc. using bespoke systems.
- Providing quotes to customers and following these up.
- Managing and handling incoming customer calls, queries, and chases
- Building and developing relationships with customers
- Creating delivery notes
- Record and generate invoices to high standards of accuracy.
- To provide support to other areas of the department as and when required.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and good technical skills
- Having the ability to continually learn, take on feedback, try new things, adapt, grow, and change with the business.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish good relationships.
- Strong organisation skills and being able to work as part of a team are key.
- Ability to work flexibly to strict deadlines and under pressure.
