About the role
The post holder will lead and manage the delivery of housing management services to customers living in Onward’s portfolio of market rented and rent to buy/rent to home-buy properties. Coordinate and commission service delivery to customers living in neighbourhoods across all regions. To collaborate with colleagues and integrate the market rented service with the overall customer service, repairs and maintenance service and the overall asset management service in order to ensure customers receive a seamless service. Lead and manage the successful delivery of leasehold management services to customers as part of the PFI contract.

It is essential you have a experience of delivering effective leasehold management and market rent functions. You should have an in depth knowledge of relevant legislation and a demonstrable commitment to deliver exceptional customer service. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence external partners and customers.
