We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a local business in the Blackwood area.

This is an office based vacancy and the successful candidate should specifically have previous experience within a food manufacturing environment.
Processing production packs, dispatch, raising sales invoices onto SAGE and sending sales invoices daily.
Inputting purchase invoices to match GRNs, ensuring that any supporting documentation is provided. * Ensure that all dispatches are confirmed with accurate signed delivery notes.
Managing the GRNI account making sure the report is accurate and up to date and submit to the Management Accountant at month end.
Manage the finished goods inventory to reduce any write off.
Manage all the filing in a timely and complete manner.
Compile data for trace ability audits when information is requested by a customer.Qualification required:
