Finance Analyst - Theale, Reading (Hybrid) - £55,000 - £65,000 + 15% bonus and benefits

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a market leading Telecommunication provider in Theale Berkshire, to assist with their recruitment of a Finance Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Fbudgeting, accounting and effective control of all overheads and operating costs, and non-operational capex.

This is a new role in the business due to a period of sustained growth and we're looking for a someone who is self motivated, can work on their own and as part of team, holds excellent communication skills and is looking to join a fast paced and growing business.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
Headcount reporting and analysis
Timely and accurate month end close and reporting for overheads and IT capex
Accurate reporting and review of all overheads and non-operational capex costs with budget holders to ensure effective control of spend.
Balance sheet reconciliations
Finance review and approval over payroll; liaison with outsourced payroll processing supplier
Business partnering support for the key projects with the relevant business owners.
Requirements:

Business partnering experience
Strong financial and management accounting background
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with minimum 5 years PQE
The successful candidate should be ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified with a strong commercial finance/business partnering background. Holding high attention to detail, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
