Security Installation Engineer

Salary: £32K - £36K depending on experience; On-call allowance, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, overtime available.

The Role

Installation and service of Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems, working in a variety of different environments including commercial and industrial. To be considered for this Fire & Security Installation Engineer position you must have:

* The Security Installation Engineer must have good communication skills, be timekeeping and customer service focused.

* The Security Installation Engineer must have a minimum of 4 Years of installation experience.

* The Security Installation Engineer must have the ability to work as part of a team of Engineers. Conversant with SSAIB/NSI requirements.

* The Security Installation Engineer must have their ECS/CSCS - good knowledge of H&S requirements.

* The Security Installation Engineer must have a positive security screening and clean disclosure report.

* The Security Installation Engineer must be willing to travel (minimal working away) Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain an accurate and high standard of company documentation.

* The Security Installation Engineer must have to undertake reactive calls for fault finding and the repair of faults and “On-Call” rota duties.

* The Security Installation Engineer must have a full, valid driving license (maximum 6 Points) Advantageous product knowledge

* Intruder Alarms systems – Galaxy, Texecom, Orisec & Pyronix Fire - Advanced, Morley and Various conventional Panels CCTV – Videcon, Hikvision, Dahua, IDIS - both Analog and IP CSL Dualcom, BT Redcare and Emizon

* Good Network administration skills and good IT practices
